About This Scheme

The component "Exchange of Knowledge / Research / Ideas – For Holding Training Programmes, Seminars, Workshops, Clinics and Conferences Within the Country" under the Scheme of Human Resources Development in Sports by the Department of Sports, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India. The scheme aims to strengthen sports development through capacity building and knowledge exchange. Through this component, financial assistance is provided for organizing training programmes, seminars, workshops, clinics and conferences in India.

Financial assistance to Sports Authority of India, National Sports University, National Anti Doping Agency, National Dope Testing Laboratory, Lakshmibai National Institute of Physical Education, National Sports Federations and other eligible institutions for organizing national and international programmes.

How to Apply

The applicant should ensure submit the mandatory report within 15 days. Applications and proposals received on or before the 20th day of the preceding month, and complete in all respects, are first placed before the Appraisal Committee for examining the eligibility and technical aspects.
