The scheme "Awareness Programme on Child/Human Trafficking, Family Planning, Legal Awareness, Health etc." was launched by the Tea Tribes and Adivasi Welfare Department, Government of Assam. The scheme aims to generate awareness among the Tea Tribes and Adivasi community on critical social issues. The scheme provides a platform to generate awareness regarding child/human trafficking, family planning, legal awareness, and health issues such as the reduction of Maternal Mortality Rate, Infant Mortality Rate, and Alcoholism, along with maintaining hygiene. The applications for this scheme are accepted by inviting proposals through Expression of Interest (EOI).

(With Documentary Evidence Such As Audit Report, Photographic Evidence, Etc.).
  • Details Regarding The Availability Of Well Trained Staff, Infrastructure, And The Required Managerial Expertise To Organize And Carry Out The Activities Under The Scheme (With Proper Details).
  • Extent Of Experience In The Number Of Districts (Please Indicate The Number/District).
  • Years Of Experience By The Non-Governmental Organization (With Documentary Evidence).
  • Documentation Regarding Any Financial Assistance Received From Government (If Yes, Provide Documentary Evidence).
  • Total Population Covered Till Date (Indicate The Number Of Population).
  • Any Action Plan By The Non-Governmental Organization Including The Proposed Number Of Camps And Geographical Area To Be Covered Under The Selected District.

Step 1: The implementation of the scheme is initiated by issuing proposals inviting Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs).

Step 2: Eligible NGOs must submit their proposals for the implementation of the scheme by responding to the Expression of Interest (EOI).
